1. 记录卖方（Merchant of Record）

华校备课助手的付费订单（专业会员、积分充值包）由我们的授权经销商 Paddle.com Market Ltd（"Paddle"）作为记录卖方销售并处理收款。您的账单、发票、税费与退款均由 Paddle 处理，银行账单上的商户名称将显示为 Paddle。

2. 14 天退款窗口

• 专业会员：自付款日起 14 天内可申请全额退款；超出 14 天后不予退款，但可继续使用至会员有效期结束。
• 积分充值包：自付款日起 14 天内，未使用部分可申请退款，按原支付货币原路退回；已用于 AI 生成的积分（内容已交付）视为虚拟产品交付完成，不予退款。

3. 如何申请退款

两种方式（任选其一）：

• 发邮件至 hello@edumintai.com，注明订单号与退款原因，我们将在 3 个工作日内处理；
• 直接回复 Paddle 发送的订单确认邮件，或访问 paddle.net 联系 Paddle 买家支持。

4. 政策优先级

如本政策与 Paddle 的买家退款政策不一致，以对您更有利者为准。 本政策不影响您依据适用消费者保护法律享有的法定权利。

1. Merchant of Record

Paid orders on HuaXiao RPH (Pro membership and credit packs) are sold and processed by our authorized reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your billing, invoices, taxes, and refunds. The merchant name on your bank statement will appear as Paddle.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

• Pro membership: You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. After 14 days, no refund is provided, but you may continue using the membership until it expires.
• Credit packs: Within 14 days of payment, the unused portion of purchased credits is refundable to the original payment method in the original currency. Credits already spent on AI generation (content delivered) are considered fulfilled digital goods and are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email hello@edumintai.com with your order number and reason — we respond within 3 business days; or
• Reply to your Paddle order confirmation email, or contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.

4. Precedence

If this policy conflicts with Paddle's buyer refund policy, whichever is more favorable to you applies. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
